In a recent blog post David Goddin asked why bloggers in the HR/talent/learning and development space don’t video blog. It’s a good question especially when you consider that, according to Cisco, in five years’ time 80% of the internet will be video. And that question shouldn’t just apply to HR bloggers, it should apply to all organisations looking to develop content online.

In my video response to David’s question I share why I think people don’t like vlogging. I think this is changing as more people get used to using the increasingly simple video capture tools available to us (Instagram, Vine, Periscope, Youtube etc).
