However, each element has a different quality and I think it is worth remembering that when we look to capture and share content. In more formal communication (within businesses, for example) we tend to default to the written word when we can add a layer of emotion by simply using audio.

It is quicker to capture and share images, audio and video than it is text articles so surely they are worth exploring more – even in our more formal communications.
