Today and tomorrow I am at the Peer Awards 2012. The awards are a hybrid of awards and conference which run over three days. In that time, 39 award entrants will share a 10-minute presentation with delegates and at the end of the day delegates will vote on what they found the most interesting and inspiring.

The days are split into two streams: corporate responsibility and people and performance.

I spoke to Peer Awards organiser Stephen Citron about how the awards work.
