This story of how Eddie Piller – founder of the Acid Jazz record label – tells of how he tracked down musician Terry Callier to the US, how he managed to coax him out of his self-imposed exile from music and how he then encouraged him back into music – and success.

It’s a great little story and shows what tenacity can do – not only did Piller benefit from signing Callier, we all benefitted from hearing more from him and, most importantly of all, Callier had his self-belief restored.
