Note sure that these generational labels help very much. They sound cool but end up creating dangerous stereotypes. And strange how ASOS isn’t doing much learning online even though that is purportedly Gen Y’ers most natural channel.
Hi John. Thanks for the comment. I thought it was interesting that the session with Asos featured forum theatre and how they use it in their appraisal process. So, face to face is very important for them. I agree re labels, that’s why I asked the question about what a Gen Y org actually is. Their use of forum theatre was very powerful I thought.
