Just had the plenary session at the L&D Connect Unconference. I summed up with these three words:

  1. Subversion: Andy Lancaster said this event was ‘quietly subversive’ – good discussion and no selling.
  2. Exposure: lots of pressing L&D topics were exposed and discussed in depth.
  3. Connection: lots in the room and outside of the room – an L&D team were inputting in to the discussion via Twitter.
